ERAN - Ministry of Aliyah and Integration The Emotional Assistance & Support Hotline for New Olim by the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration offers free, confidential emotional support in multiple languages. Trained professionals are available to listen, help you cope with stress or anxiety, and guide you to the right resources — especially during challenging times. MADA - Magen David Adom Magen David Adom is Israel’s national emergency medical and disaster response organization. They provide ambulance services, blood donations, and life-saving first aid during emergencies and wartime. MDA operates 24/7 and shares updates in multiple languages to help everyone stay informed and safe. Tip: Find a shelter on Google Maps If you ever need to locate a shelter quickly, type “bomb shelter” into Google Maps or Waze to see nearby options. Always follow the Home Front Command’s official guidance first — but this can help in urgent moments. Remember, safety first. Help them as much as possible: choose the closest & safest shelter, practice getting there, and help them arrive early if possible — before the siren sounds — to prevent accidents or falls on the way. If someone is in emotional distress, remember that support from family, friends & neighbors, following the MaSHE model, can really help.
