Gilad Ramot Founder, Owner I am an entrepreneur looking for ways to do good for my surroundings. For over 20 years, I have built and led companies that aim to help people. At this time, the Jewish people need to get together, and there is no better way than to help those who want to join us in Israel for a soft landing and embrace them in our communities. As the head of research & insights at Belong, I strive to deliver actionable insights that drive business success and enhance customer experiences. I firmly believe in Belong's mission to strengthen the connection between the Jewish diaspora and Israel, and to encourage Aliyah (immigration to Israel). Iris Bdolach Head of Product and Marketing Throughout my professional life, I have chosen positions that allowed me to combine professional knowledge and experience with my desire to do something significant. Belong allows me to do that. I see great importance in strengthening the connection of Jews to Israel, Israelis, to their roots, and the land that is our home to build a free and flourishing society. Born in Israel, I am a proud mother living with my son in Tel Aviv. Hefzi Avganim Head of Customer Success I was born and raised in Israel. Most of my professional career has been in the high-tech industry. During that time, I spent five years living in North Carolina, USA. It was a meaningful experience. However, I always knew my heart was set on returning to Israel. I also knew I wanted to raise my children in a place that truly feels like home. Even though moving back to Israel was challenging, I deeply believe that there is no better place in the world for a Jew than Israel. I like interacting with people and cultures, I also love wild nature and history, and I am a professional tour guide. I have the opportunity to interact with and meet new people while revealing the beauty of Israel to others. Inbar Grosglik Head of Partnership and Control I am an Israeli with all my heart and soul. My passion is photography; my greatest love is taking pictures of people, capturing emotions and moments of emotional connections. I love Israel and feel a great connection to it and to the Israeli society. As someone who has lived abroad for several years, I understand that we, as Jews, have no other country. Jessica Scalisi Content Manager Originally from New York, I started my career producing a children's TV show in Manhattan before moving to Israel to dive into Journalism & the high-tech world. As a new Olah living in Israel, my role as the Content Manager at Belong deeply resonates with my own journey. Through a unique and personal experience, I'm able to bring a different perspective & understanding to the Belong team. Here, I combine my passion for storytelling, marketing, & content with my experiences of adapting to life in a new country.
