I am an entrepreneur looking for ways to do good for my surroundings. For over 20 years, I have built and led companies that aim to help people. At this time, the Jewish people need to get together, and there is no better way than to help those who want to join us in Israel for a soft landing and embrace them in our communities. Married + 2 boys living in Nir Banim, and loves to see when a plan comes together.

With over a decade of experience in the intersection of neuropsychology, behavioral economics, and consumer research, I aim to bridge the gap between complex psychological theories and practical business applications.
As the head of research & insights at Belong, I strive to deliver actionable insights that drive business success and enhance customer experiences. I firmly believe in Belong's mission to strengthen the connection between the Jewish diaspora and Israel, and to encourage Aliyah (immigration to Israel).

Throughout my professional life, I have chosen positions that allowed me to combine professional knowledge and experience with my desire to do something significant. Belong allows me to do that. I see great importance in strengthening the connection of Jews to Israel, Israelis, to their roots, and the land that is our home to build a free and flourishing society. Born in Israel, I am a proud mother living with my son in Tel Aviv.

I am an Israeli-Brazilian with a zionist background orientation. Israel is my home, and as a 3rd generation of Holocaust survivors from Auschwitz, I am proud to live here and raise my children in Israel. After 20 years in the Jewish Agency, working both as an emissary abroad and as an integration professional here in Israel, I understand and admire the path that olim are taking when choosing to come and live in Israel. I want to introduce you to the best aspects of Israeli society and all it has to offer. This is especially for those interested in coming to Israel, getting to know it better, experiencing life here, or even building a home in this vibrant country. Happily engaged with two grown kids, Shay and Shany. Lives in Zur Itzhak and is always looking to make new connections with people.

I love Israel and feel a great connection to it and to the Israeli society. As someone who has lived abroad for several years, I understand that we, as Jews, have no other country. I am very proud to be a part of something that aims to strengthen the connection of Jews worldwide to Israel, and I look forward to presenting Israel and it's beautiful, warm, and unique society to anyone interested in getting to know, experience, or be a part of it. Lives in Kiryat Ono. Happily married and a proud mother of 3 young children. Always looking to make the world a better place for them.
Jessica Scalisi

Originally from New York, I started my career producing a children's TV show in Manhattan before moving to Israel to dive into Journalism & the high-tech world. As a new Olah living in Israel, my role as the Content Strategist at Belong deeply resonates with my own journey. Through a unique and personal experience, I'm able to bring a different perspective and understanding to the Belong team. Here, I combine my passion for storytelling, marketing, and content with my experiences of adapting to life in a new country. I'm more than just an employee; I'm part of a mission close to my heart, helping others navigate their own paths in Israel. Outside of work, I am a proud Zionist, pro-Israel advocate on social media, and love capturing the world as a street photographer.

I am a Katin Chozer, born in Israel. I left with my family at 2 ½ years old. I grew up in the USA, specifically Pittsburgh and Orlando before “returning home” at 18. Growing up in America, I wore the Jewish and Israeli aspects of my identity as a badge of honor. I experienced a lot of anti-semitism from across the political spectrum growing up, which has made me all the more aware of the need for a strong diverse Israel. I am passionate about helping others find themselves in their journey of life, and in Israel. I love exploring the world, other cultures, societies, ways of living, and particularly enjoy delving into the Jewish communities of the place I am traveling to. In my free time I enjoy doing various types of advocacy (Mental health, Israel, etc.), being in nature, reading, writing, practicing mindfulness/meditation, the "arts", and so much more! It is an impossible task to not find something we have in common

I was born in London but now reside in Israel. Having been through the Aliyah process, I know how tedious and emotional the journey can be for someone venturing into a new culture (and climate in my case!). I joined Belong in order to shake up the status quo and fulfill the needs of the ever growing movement we proudly call Zionism. I hold a Firstclass degree in Aviation Management from a London University and a Masters in Counter Terrorism from Reichman University. My colourful academic background has equipped me with a unique blend of skills and knowledge to traverse the exclusive challenges of Aliyah.
In my spare time I like to cook, play drums or ukulele, pursue my private pilot's license and tend to my garden (yes, gardening is cool!).

Zipi Livni is the former Foreign Minister, Vice Prime Minister, Minister of justice and Minister of Immigrant absorption. Ms. Livni is known for her pivotal role in Israel’s diplomacy and her ongoing efforts for Israel's peace and security as for its identity as a Jewish and democratic state.
